Autodesk Inventor failes to open

windows 8 always shows the following fail, when I would like to open inventor:

0xc0000142
the application can not be started. please press ok

 

please help me, thanks

Which version of Inventor?  Have you installed the latest service packs?  Also, the error itself is often caused by Adobe Acrobat or nVidia drivers.

Its Version 2014 64bit

What do I have to do with acrobat Reader?

es muss mindestens SP1 für Inventor installiert sein.
