Autodesk Hangs on Autodesk Privacy Statement

I have four liscences of Autodesk Design Suite Ultimate 2013 - Educational Version.

I have loaded it on one machnine as administrator.

When the end user tries to activate Autocad - It hangs on The Privacy Statement.

I selected the accept the statement - then clicked ok - but the software hangs.

 

What may be my problem?

 

Any solutions.
