Hey,

I thought about buying the Autodesk Entertainment Creation Suite Ultimate 2013 at Student Pricing.

Is there a difference to the free downloadable Software from the Education Community?

And is this suite still watermarked? What are my benefits for paying 230€?

Is there a licensing difference?

Hi Frederik and welcome to our community!

In short: the Student Suite is not watermarked and is a perpetual license, it can be used in the classroom and out of it. The free downloaded version expires after 36-months and it is watermarked.

Am I restricted in the use of the license? I am still a student but I want to develop skills with the Autodesk products,

so I thought creating items for the Steam Workshops of Valve would be a good aim. Am I allowed to the license for such purpose?
