My students are supposed to install autoCAD 2010 french at home to do their homeworks. Since august 31st, they get this message when they download the software :

We apologize, we are temporarily out of serial numbers for this product. You may download and install the 30 day trial version. Return to this page prior to or at the expiration of your 30 day trial to obtain your serial number for activation.

I get the same problem with the 2011 version. Is there any official news about this? Will they be able to get a student license before the end of the trial version?

I got the same problem.

This has been resolved and additional serial numbers are available to the student community. The students can use the Serial Number and Product Key generated when they initiate the download to activate a trial that is already installed.

Maya now has additional serial numbers available for the Student Community. If you go back to the Maya download it will generate the Serial Number and Product Key then allow for the download.

Again sorry for reposting but problem is not solved now both autodesk maya and autodesk autocad show this error i can't try both the softwares

Additional serial numbers have again been added for AutoCAD 2011 and Maya 2011.

Hi i was able to get autodesk maya but autocad was still showing this error thanks for help.

I have been interacting with someone from the administrative team for the Student Community on this so please be patient I am not conducting the administrative tasks required to allocate additional serial numbers myself. I am told that AutoCAD should be ready to provide Serial Numbers, Product Keys and download again.

When I downloaded Maya 2011 and received the serial, it was only for a 30 day trial - how do I obtain a 13 month trial? Thanks.
