Autodesk Composite error on Linux

Hello! I'm trying to run Autodesk Composite on a new Linux hardware (Thinkpad w540, Quadro K2100, Optimus technology, Gentoo linux, x64).

I've installed it, but while running the composite binary I get following output:

Exception encountered: Current screen bits per pixel is 24, required bits per pixel is 32. Please configure the graphics system accordingly.

Does anybody know what is the reason?

I ran into the "Exception encountered: Current screen bits per pixel is 24, required bits per pixel is 32. Please configure the graphics system accordingly." problem on CentOS 6.5 running NVidia's 340.24 drivers. Downgrading to 331.89 solved the problem for me.

Hope this helps, but as always with this things YMMV.
