I want to upgrade OS windows XP to windows 7 pro, but when i want to use Autodesk license trasfer utility one message is appearing that Serial No is not Valid.I had used this serail number for last two years. Fyi, the serial number used is standalone. Pls help.

Please send me your serial number through private message(envelope next to your account name at the top of this page) so I may check and research further on your issue. Normally, if the status of the serial number is already "upgraded", meaning you now have a later version and you are using license transfer utility, it gives you an error that serial number is invalid.
