Autodesk 3dsMax Product Key is invalid

I believe that this would have been a better question to sumbit a support ticket sort of thing for but I couldn't find how to do that. I have downloaded the Student version 3dsMax 2015 and using the product key that I got in my email is invalid. Is there any way that I could get a new one or have the one I recieved become valid somehow? Proof of my attempts are here:
