Autodesk 2014 Alias Automotive licence error 110

I am downloading Autodesk 2014 Alias Automotive through the student website. I had previously done it on my PC and it had worked fine. I have now bought a Macbook and I am having difficulty activating the program. I have installed the program and clicked on the screen which brings me to the 'trial' or 'activate' screen, however when clicking activate, i get an error message saying 'A licence error has occurred. Contact your technical support representative for assistance, To help determine the nature of the problem, the error code is 110'

I have tried uninstalling the software and trying again but to no avail.

Please could you help me out?

Could you try to install Service Pack 3 for Alias 2014?
