Autodesk 2012 Product - Activate Button Missing

Hi there,

Just would like to know if there is an update for the follwoing hotfix for the 2012 products, experienced the same on Civil 3D 2012 64 Bit.

Please create a new user account with ADMIN and UAC turned off.  This is very odd.  I looks like a permissions issue and the wizard can't view the files.
