Autocad on Windows 2008 Foundation

Hello Everyone

I want to install a windows based server, using Windows 2008 64 bit Foundational, with 6 thin client connected to it.

  • Is it possible to install autocad in Windows 2008 server, and run it from the 6 clients using terminal services?
  • What should be the hardware requirements? I'm thinking on 16GB RAM, but, what processor?
  • What should be the licencing requirements on this case?

Thanks in advance

Regards

David

you may want to look into a citrix enviroment: http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/item?siteID=123112&id=13959101

what your trying to do is not the way autocad is designed to work

Darren is right.  You will want to look at the Citrix solution as it is the only supported licensed mode.  All other implementations violate the license agreement.
