Autocad Mechanical 2007 License

I have a user of Autocad 2007 mechanical.

The installation messed up and didn't access our license server. She now has a Trial version which I need to move to our shared license server. I copied the LICPATH.LIC file to the Autocad directory but it still comes up as a trial version. Any suggestions?

You also need to change a registry value so that your stand-alone installation becomes a network version.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\AutoCAD\R1x.x\ACAD-xxxx:409\AdLM
Change Type=2a to Type=19.
This fix will work for versions prior to Autodesk 2010.
