Autocad MAP 3D 2011 installation fails

Created MAP 3D 2011 package for deployment.

Job fails: Log file reports Install AutoCAD Map 3D 2011 Language Pack Failed Installation aborted, Result=1603

Install process then performs roll back and uninstalls all elements of deployments.

Client PC Event Viewer Message:

Error reading from file: \\ source path ...\x86\en-us\acad\Program Files\Root\HelpHtml\3dsolid-cone_help.swf.  System error 3. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

 This file path does not exists and only SWF (shockwave files?) included are in ...Program Files\Root\Support\WelcomeScreen 

Could create file path and file but is there a better solution?

Any ideas?

I have located file on install DVD.  Have copied D:\x86\en-us\acad\acad\program files\root\helphtml to within the AdminImage.

Deployment has ran successfully.  Would have expected these files to have been incorporated in original deployment job that was generated
