Autocad Civil3D Ribbon Problem

Hei,

I just installed Civil 3D 2011 and started trial version in order to practice on software, but I have problem on Ribbons. It simply does not load ribbon and therefore I cannot use it. Whenever I enter the command "Ribbon" it gives the error that I atteched below.

I would really appreciate if anyone could help me, thanks in advance

Try uninstall all versions of Microsoft .net Framework on your machine (Control Pane l> Add/Remove Programs) and install

the latest version of Microsoft .net Framework (versions 4) from

If this does not help, try resetting user settings as per the link below:
