No. It is a violation of the license agreement. You would never be able to install it, because you could never click I Agree to the license agreement during the initial installation screen.
Even for network based licenses where a LM manages the concurrent users? If true then a fair number of Canadian and US schools ruuning AutoCAD under VMware VDIs are in a pickel.
