Autocad 2011 will not load

I just installed Revit Struture and Autocad 2011.  Neither Autocad 2011 or Autocad Structural detailing will load, however Revit does. Any suggestions?

Did the activation work ? is this part of suite ? do you get any error on screen ?

It was a suite. Structural Detailing was the program not loading.  All of the files were installed, but would not work.  Finally upgraded Windows XP. Deleted all Autocad files and reinstalled. It then worked.
