Autocad 2010 Network Installation

hi
I have a network lincense for 3 users.I have install LMTOOL on server and perform the all settings.when i have look perform server status enquiry it shows the folowing msg plz tell me what does it mean can the server has been started?

It appears that there is no vendor daemon status. What does the debug.log show?
