AutoCad Freestyle failure to Load

I have purchased and downloaded this program onto my laptop (Windows 7 32 bit) and on to my desktop (Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit).  The program works fine on the laptop with Windows 7 but does not open on the 64 bit desktop, the error message is "AutoCad Freestyle Application has stopped working" - in truth, the program does not complete loading.


I have tried uninstalling the program and re-installing it to no avail.  I would appreciate it if you could help me with this .  Also, I realize that this is a new program but it does not appear anywhere on the AutoDesk support page - that might be something worth correcting.
