AutoCad Civil 3D Problems with installation

I tried several times to download 2012 and 2013 Polish version of AutoCad Civil 3D by "browser download", but there's always a problem with extracting - CRC failure, in 2013 with HELP.zip, in 2012 there's a lot of CRC failures.

So i tried "download now" with Autodesk Download Manager. The download was succesfull, but now problem starts with installation.

Here you can see it on the screenshot. Could somebody show me the way to download this software. Is the problem with my PC?
