Installation & Licensing

I am an Interior Design student and I downloaded the free AutoCAD 2013 for students that is liscensed up to 36 months. They gave me a serial number when I installed the product, but when i type the number in, it says the number is not valid, so it is only etting me use the 30 day trial. Why is it doing this and can it be fixed? HELP!

I would suggest going to http://students.autodesk.com, and clicking on the "Need Help?" link at the top of the page and go from there.

EDIT: I initially thought that was a live chat, but it's not.
