AutoCad 2013 License Transfer

Dear,

Good afternoon!

I have a license of AutoCAD 2013 that was installed on a machine of the State Secretariat of Health of Minas Gerais (SES / MG), but I had to uninstall the software from this machine to transfer the license to a second machine. Report that already realized this procedure, ie AutoCad has been uninstalled from the machine 1 and installed on the machine 2, but I'm not getting the activation of the software on the machine 2. Can you help me?

Hi All, I was planning to transfer a Autocad 2014 LT (license) from Laptop(old) to a new Desktop and this license is for stand alone only. But after running the LTU on the laptop I got the following error "Export Request Failed" the serial number you entered is not valid. I double check the back of my dvd to see if all serial number product key match. and it did. any help would do. Cheers! naz

Typically when you receive that type of error it means that your serial number has likely been upgraded and is no longer available for use. But to confirm your serial number please contact the Activation and Registration team:

 

1.    Visit http://knowledge.autodesk.com/contactus
2.    Select “Activation & Registration” or “License Management”
3.    Select appropriate subtopics from the pull-down menus
4.    Select “I Still Need Help”  if you need personal assistance

 

There you can chat with a live agent or submit an email if all agents are busy. Thank you!
