AutoCad 2011 Lt Installation issues

I have installed my AutoCad 2011 Lt program onto my PC.  It is a stand alone installation, and I have registered my product. When I go to double click on the icon I get a message that states:

unable to run auto cad, this may be due to one of the following reasons:

- this version of cad may not have been installed properly. ( I have loaded it 4 times, same message keeps coming up)

- you do not have sufficient rights to autocad lt

Can anyone please he me figure this out. Oh I also currently have auto 2004 installed and running on my pc, could that be part of the issue?
