AutoCAD Map 3D 2011 for CITRIX - problems with UPDATE 1

I've got some problems with the update 1 for Map 3D 2011for citrix, I've the software installed on a Windows Server 2003, and it sends an installation error when I try to install the sp1, with error code: 1624

I´ve read that the problem could be because of system's permissions,  the SYSTEM user does not have permissions to the install folder. I've changed the folder permissions but i'm still having this problem

1624 is usually due to missing/corrupt mst file.

Please try clean uninstall/reinstall.

have you made any manual changes to the files within the map installation.
