AutoCAD LT 2012 compatible with LT 2007???

I have an older computer where I have LT 2007, I will be be purchasing a new computer soon, and would need a new LT program. 90% of my work will still be done on my old computer with LT 2007. When I purchase LT 2012, will I be able to open files from LT2007 in the new LT2012?? Im almost sure I wont be able to open LT2012 files in LT2007, but can I open files in LT2012 created in LT2007???

Yes, you will be able to open LT 2007 files in your latest software and you will be able to save your drawings back to DWG 2007 format so that you can open them back up on your older computer.
