AutoCAD LT 2011 upgrade via subscription

Can someone please explain to me, why the AutoCAD LT 2011 upgrade is not available to subscription customers.
I have a current subscription (ACAD LT 2010) with more than 3 months of subscription remaining.
However, when I log into the subscription centre, I do not have the option to download 2011.

I have emailed Autodesk, and their response was as follows:
AutoCAD LT multi-language is not released yet. The current 2011 release is only in English version and is only for new purchases.

When I asked them for a release date, this was their response:
The release date is not avaliable at this point of time.
You will hear from us again once the upgrade is avaliable for download.

Frankly, as far as I'm concerned, I have paid for a subscription, and should be entitled to new software as & when it is released. Not some months later when they feel like giving it to me. If I can buy an upgrade in a retail store, then there is no excuse for it not to be available immediately for subscription customers.

How long will it be before I have to start telling my clients, to save their drawings as 2010 before they send them to me, as I don't have 2011?
Begs the question, what is the advantage of a subscription in the first place?

Hi,

They have always been a time between the english (international) version and
other language.
I'm in french country and we have 2 month of waiting before the french
product.
The subscription is not link to the date of the release of the product.
Subscription is for one or three years and start when you purchase the
subscription contract.
Normally you buy it when you will have the product in your language.
With the 3 months remaining you will normally have your LT 2011 when it will
be available.

I'm in an english-language country and the subscription upgrade isn't available to me either.

What's more annoying is that 2010 arrived in our office (in a box) in March. It's late April now and we haven't heard anything re 2011 yet.

If your no more under subscription, you can't have 2011 product via download.
2010 is in production from March 2009.
When have finished your subscription ? Does your IT blocked the box ? (Some big company do it before deploying the product to be sure to have no problem on PC)
Doesn't your reseller talk about 2011 ?
