AutoCAD LT 2011. This Installation is Forbidden by System policy.

I recently bought AutoCAD LT 2011. It came with a 32-bit and 64-bit Installation CD. I'm trying to install the 64-bit Version on my Windows 7, 64-bit Laptop. About 10 seconds after I launch the Setup.exe I receive an error message saying "This Installation is Forbidden by System Policy. Please contact your System Administrator. #1“. I’ve found solutions for older versions of AutoCAD LT that had this issue, but none for the 2011 version. I did try the solutions for older versions but had no success. Any ideas?

Ensure machine is not on domain. Login as Local Administrator. Perform clean installation (http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=TS75218).
