I was datamining our cases and it can either be a .NET installation issue or if it is not there, get a copy from another computer and then register it by doing the following:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\prntvpt.dll

1. On the keyboard, hold down the WINDOWS key and then hit R.
2. In the Run window type:  regsvr32 prntvpt.dll
3. Click OK and then restart AutoCAD.
