AutoCAD Hanging up for a while

I have problem effect to every user have AutoCAD in my Office , The AutoCAD Hang up for a while take 5 or 6 second then work properly for 2 min then it hang up again while user working and the cursor turned to horglass icon then return to normal state again after 2 min at least,
we have 150 user 20 of them use ADT2004 network version but they use them as normal autoCAD2002 without Intelligent object and the rest of users use AutoCAD2002 network Version
we have server for project we all use it as "X:\ " map drive and other server for CAD license , server for outlook , and FTP server for submission
this problem make us crazy

I would start looking somewhere else rather that AutoCAD itself.
How secure is your network?
Are the ports on your network running at the same speed as the local network cards?
What defense have you against spyware?
Virus protection?
Could be a number of things but I doubt it's AutoCAD.

when i set the default gateway or dns ip address in my tcp/ip my AutoCAD slow to start up ! why ?
