AutoCAD Architecture 2012 Fails Installation

I am trying to install Architecture 2012 but it fails to install giving the following error.

 

1: 5 2 adlmPITSetProductionInformation failed. 3: 2

 

 

I have checked all the system requirements and all fall well within what is required. I have also disabled all antivirus. I am trying to install as a stand alone licence so i cant even blame the network.
