My serial Number and Product Key are not accepted when input during th einstallation process. How can I get this resolved? You have to have the product regestered in order to get to Customer Support - and you can't register without the software accpeting the serial number and produce key.
Can you verify that the name at the top of the software installation / activation screen says AutoCAD LT and not AutoCAD, which is one of the common causes of an invalid Serial Number or Product Key error.
