I am moving to a new laptop and am trying to transfer the license. I recieved a "serial number not valid" error when trying to use the LTU on the old laptop. I then tried to just install it on the new laptop, but upon activation, I recieved the same message, "serial number not valid (error1)". I am currently running on the 30day eval.
Since Autodesk doesn't have any phone support, and the automated assitant had me going in circles, can anyone assist me with this?
