AutoCAD 2013, 64 bit, not installing acsolid.arx, repair failure

I have installed ACAD 2013 on a new machine a few months ago. I don't use the full 3d options that much, but once in a while I have to do a 3d part for window construction. I have used Sol(xxx) before without any problems. Now when I try it, ACAD reports "Command: SOLVIEW Check the installation of the support files and try again.nil".

I tried the repair option from the program menu, it goes throught the motions all the way to the end of the update and asks me to insert the disc (which is already inserted) then errors out.

What is my best course of action?

When I reinstallted on the new machine I had to contact Autodesk as I exceeded my installation quota for the stand-alone license (3 new machines in 2 years).

Hmm, no replies to this at all. Still no success with using the sol(xxx) commands or reinstalling the product.

I would uninstall it and reintsall it using the download from our Virtual Agent #3:

The computer should not re-activate the software if it has been activated already.  If that doesn't help, I would also try a reset as well.
