AutoCAD 2011 (English) 32-Bit Won't Install

I tried installing AutoCAD 2011 (English) 32-Bit and keep getting the following error message:

Read error in the file C:\My Downloads\AutoCad_2011_English_Win_32bit.exe.

   Have you tried to re-download the installer? How big is the installer that you have on your machine currently?
