AutoCAD 2011 Can't Launch

Hi,

 

I have a standalone license. I was working fine and I've been able to import/export my license just fine.

 

Then today, I try to import my license back using License Utility Transfer, but the screen is not coming up. I try to launch AutoCAD2011 icon, but it would come up for a few seconds and then disappear.

 

What's going on?
