AutoCAD 2010 requires activation repeatedly

AutoCAD 2010 0n Vista 64 Bit, has been running fine for 6 months, 10 days ago started coming up asking to be activated. Go through the activation process and everthing seems to be fine. The following day when the product is run it requires activation again. Happens every day.

What has changed on your system?  Have you started using new hardware?  Attaching a new USB drive?  Etc.?

No Changes, except for minor Windows Updates. Only other change was subscription recently renewed. This is at University, and AutoCAD is part of an Education Master Suite.

Might consider a Windows system restore back to when there wasn't an issue.  See if that resolves the problem.

This turned out to be a issue with the serial # being expired. They renewed to 2011 master suite w/sub and contract manager has to request use of previous version.
