We have a 5 seat network license for AutoCAD 2010. I have three employee home users, two wants to install 32-bit version of AutoCAD 2010, and one employee user wants to install the 64-bit version. We requested and received a home use serial number from autodesk, which stated that we could use it for 5 home use installs. The serial number worked for the 32-bit installs, but will not work for the 64-bit install. The 64-bit install will only be the third home use license. Any suggestions on how to remedy this issue. Is a different serial number required to install the 64-bit version of the same software (autoCAD 2010)?
Thanks Much......

Usually serial numbers are not specific to 32 bit or 64 bit.
If you are installing Autocad 2010, serial number should, Do you get invalid serial number error ?
did you have any other version of Autocad installed on this machine earlier ?
