AutoCAD 2010-2011 License Manager Upgrade Problem

I'm upgrading 4 network versions of AutoCAD 2010 and 1 version of Civil 3D to 2011.

I noticed my account has a new serial number.  Will i need to contact AutoDesk to get a new license file when i upgrade the License Manager?

Also, do i need to update the license manager? I tried to do so when installing, but the option was grayed out and it said a license manager was already installed.  Do i need to delete the old one, before i install the new one?

If i only update 1 of my network versions from 2010 to 2011, will the others still be able to run on a new license manager?

the answer is yes to all of questions

you will need to uninstall the old license manager before you can install the new one

yes you will have to call autodesk to generate a new license file
