Dear Support team
One of my customer have a problem with AutoCAD2009.
They try to open file .dwg it have message box in the photo 1. after that file will be recovered and take time 2-5 mins almost every opened time.
They said that they found this problem only this PC, other pc can open these file normally (they have many licenses for AutoCAD2009.)
And you can see license ID and product ver. as photo 2.
Should we try to reinstall to solve this problem?
Please kindly help to advise us.
