NetApps runs on its own proprietary O.S. I am sure utilizing and based off a UNIX or Linux kernel. I have since found out this at this time is only capable of file sharing..

The Autodesk Network License Manager is supported on 32-bit versions of
Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP Professional, and Windows Server 2000
and 2003 for AutoCAD 2007.
So in your case, you must find another server.

It's also now supported on 64-bit. There is a 64-bit version of FlexLM that includes a 64-bit adskflex.exe file as well. Good news! I have also tested it on Windows 7 64-bit. Works great!
