AutoCAD 2006 network license

Dear Sir/madam,

Please explain for my situation:
a) I have AutoCAD 2006 network license version for 5 users. Our network has 10 computers. At one time, in our network any computer can use AutoCAD 2006 and just for 5 users? Is it correct or not correct?
I mean license manager don't need fix register for each one computer. If license manager find the number of computer use AutoCAD is smaller 5 (<5) that any one computer in my network can log in and use AutoCAD? Is it correct or not correct?

2) I need full installation AutoCAD 2006 network on my server or not need install on my server? Or just install license manager?

3) At my client computer, I need full install AutoCAD or don't need?

Thank you very much

Generally speaking, you can install AutoCAD on as many client machines
as you want, but only 5 of those can be used at any given moment.
Borrowed licenses count against this number also.

Only the License Manager needs to be installed on your server.
