AutoCAD 2004 on NT 4.0

I have an AutoCAD 2004 set up for network distribution. Users with Win2K don't seem to have any problems, but I had an NT 4.0 user install it and when he runs AutoCAD, then opens and closes a file and exits AutoCAD, he gets an error message that an instruction was referenced but the memory could not be read. Our distributor wasn't able to duplicate the problem, but when I cleaned up an old NT 4.0 box I have and got AutoCAD 2004 installed, it also got the error message.
Has anyone else seen this?
Thanks,
JP

Here are the system requirements:

Note that for NT4, SP6a is required.

Thanks, Cy,
That was worth a look, but SP6a is installed and there doesn't seem to be any other short coming.

JP,

I assume that the error appears in its own dialog
box.  Please advise us of the exact error message and the title on the
dialog box.  Also check the event viewer.

I would try reapplying the service pack to these
systems and make sure that you are using the latest driver versions for video,
network adapters, etc.  Remember to reapply the service pack after
installing updated drivers.
