AutoCAD 14 will not install

AutoCAD 2014 will start the installation. Here is the result from the setup log

Have you tried to call setup.exe in compatibility mode:

optiwolfe,

Hello. Clear out your TEMP files and turn off your Antivirus. Then open your Task manager and make sure your Antivirus is not running.

Then uninstall ALL the Microsoft C++ entries. Most machines have multiples. I would uninstall all C++ and then uninstall the NET on the system and then try to install the program. It should install the C++ versions it is in need of.

Thank you for taking part in our community!

Spoiler
Trend Micro needed to be disabled to allow the install. Thanks for the tip.

I had the ssme issue, tried all the turn offs including FW, AV, I ended up downloading the stand alone .net 4.5, installed that, then took ownership of the folders it created during instal, it repeatedly told me I didnt have rights to create a folder inside my own user folder, which is madder than cheese because Im the only user and admin.

Not sure if this helps any more than was said but it was no mean feat believe me to install this, however, it did instal everything including lisp and SP1 in one foul swoop

Hope it helps

Have AutoDesk fix the issue with AutoCAD 2014 installs on a Windows 7 system with .net 4.5
