Multi-seat stand-alone licenses cost as much per seat as individual
licenses, but installation is easier because of the single SN and
installation deployment capabilities.
Networks licenses can save money, but cost more per seat. You'll have to run
the numbers, (you *can* bargain with resellers), to see which makes more
sense for you. If you had 10 users, but only 4 using it at any one time, the
network version would definitely make more sense. If there's only a
difference of 1 user, again, you'll have to run the numbers.

I have a question regarding the Multi-seat Stand-Alone License. Is there
any sort of per user/seat discount with this option over purchasing multiple
Individual Stand-Alone License copies, or is it simply for the convenience
of only having a single copy of the program and single license/activation
code?
Any info you can provide would be greatly appreciated. My company is
finally considering getting into electronic drawing/drafting and we are
currently looking into what would be our best alternatives.
We would likely have up to 4 users that may be accessing/using the program.
Which would be a better option for us, Multi Seat Stand Alone with 4
licenses or a network license with 3 or 4 network licenses?
Thanks in advance
