Algor simulation fails to start

We have an Algo Simulation network license.  We have added this license to our license server via LMtools.  LMTools shows that there is a free license available to use for 2011. 

During the client install I selected the network License option and have selected the single license server. 

When Algor starts it asks to select either a license file or a license system.  i select the license system and put in the server name of the license server.  I click next and it finds the server and lets me click finish.  However after clicking finish it takes me back to selecting either the license file or license system.  I have tried putting in a bogus server name and it does come back to say it fails to find that server.  So i know I must have the server name correct. 

The problem is it continually loops through this initial setup screen(s) and never starts the application.

What am I doing wrong?

I suspect a mismatch in the feature code being requested from server.

Please create a system environmental variable “FLEXLM_DIAGNOSTICS” with value as 3. This should show you the exact feature code client is requesting the server (normally a pop-up screen).

If the licensing is being denied, it should be shown in the license server log.
