I'be been trying to install autocad 2013 in my computer but I'm always facing the same problem, during the instalation it always appear a message saying autocad 2013 is already installed, and it's not. I had installed it a year before but I uninstall it. I've tried to restaured the system, I've looked to some kind of hidden files and these stuff, I even download ccleaner to make sure there's nothing but i found nothing. I have tried the different ways of installing it: Install Now, Donwload Browser... but I always get trapped with the "Autocad 2013 is already installed.
Can anyone help me?
Welcome to the community Arnau!
Can you please try running Microsoft Fix-it and let us know if that resolves the issue?
Yes- use the MS fixit tool, follow the prompts of the tool and UNINSTALL the program. This should clean out your installation. Next, download the entire program and then try to install.
