After reinstalling Windows 7, how do i restore Maya?

Had to reinstall Windows 7 due to a BootMGR is missing issue.

Now I am unable to get my maya 2013 student version (good for 3 years) running.

This is the error I receive when trying to run it after installing.

You're going to have to blow away the licensing and reinstall, likely.

ross.porto,

Hello. Something did not take correctly when you installed. You may be able to rename the Maya.env file- it could help.

Past this I would uninstall the program and use the MSfixit tool to try and uninstall again.
