After applying fix for GPO issues, does user still need to be in Power Users

We are deploying AutoCad 2004 via Group Policy Objects in AD and have applied the patch. Can anyone tell me if the users still need to be members of the local power users group in order for the application to run?

When AutoCAD is installed via Group Policy Object
the OS system account is used to install AutoCAD.  (I am assuming you are
assigning a computer to the group policy object for installation).

When the user first launches AutoCAD, they will see
what we call the second time user installation kick off.  The user does NOT
have to be an admin or a member of Power User for this second time installation
to start.  They also do NOT need to be a member of Power User or Admin to
run AutoCAD 2004.

NOTE:  If you are running one of the AutoCAD
2004-based vertical products, consult the vertical product documentation because
most of the AutoCAD 2004-based vertical products still require the user to be a
member of Power User group.

I hope this helps.
