Ok, I feel dumb asking this, but can't find my situation in the
documentation. We started our conversion to AdLM (Acad 2ki) with 1 network
license. That worked, so we got a little bolder and had another 5 licenses
converted. When I go to add the authorization code for the five licenses,
my original license disappears. If I type in my single license code the 5
disappear. I cannot believe that AdLM does not support cumulative license
addition. How do I get it to recognize that I have 6 licenses? The
documentation says it's a snap, boom boom. I've tried it with the service
stopped and running.
Thanks in Advance,
Mike Donahue

You'll need to call Autodesk and get a new Auth Code. The codes ARE NOT
cumulative. Tell them you want a code for 6 licenses, not that you're adding
5, it just confused the issue.

It does, thanks. It's unfortunate the licensing is so... kooky.
"Cumulative licensing? What a concept!"
Thanks,
