Adding a single seat license to the network .lic file

I'm adding a single seat ACAD2002 and CAD overlay to our server as a client installation and network licensing. However when authorizing each, Autodesk did not ask for a server I.D. and only returned a standard authorization code as if for a stand alone copy. The 2 seat LDT3 copy, when authorized asked for the server code.
The client installations load as normal from the server but ACAD will not launch as there is no serial number and authorization for the flexLM service to hand out to the client.
How do I add these valid serial numbers and auth codes to the network .lic file?

Autodesk is supposed to keep track of what license are network and what
licenses are "local". They don't always do this...

On the other hand, you should specify the license type when you order the
license (I don't know if you ordered a network license or local, but you
need a network).

Call (assuming that you called the first time) authorization back and
explain to them that they gave you a local auth and should have given you a
network auth. If they argue with you, that this is a "local" license, you'll
have to get your dealer involved and have the license converted from a local
to a network.
