Added Licenses to existing License File

We currently had 2 Plant Design Suite Premium 2013 licenses and 2- 2013 Civil License on our NLM. Everything was working great

We purchased 1 AutoCAD 2015 License and 1 2015 Plant design Suite premium and added these to our existing license file. The license file now only shows 1 - Plant Design Suite Premium 2013 license. We are receiving the error code -4.132.0, and I am unable to resolve this.

Has anyone seen this issue before?

Did you upgrade the LMTOOlS application on the server to the latest version?

Also did you generate a new licesnse file for you existing server products at the same time as getting you new one if the creation dates are different they won't cascade correctly.

Hopefully this helps.

I did upgrade the LMTOOLS application, I did not generate the new license for the existing server products. I will do that. Thank you.

Jason,

Your individual licenses have to be regenerated all at the same date for it to be combined properly.

For the best method to properly combine your license files, please read my entire thread here and choose the method that best fits your needs:

Good Luck!
