    Activation

    I have my product downloaded but am unable to activate it. I have tried everything that the autocad help area has on their hompage but nothing works. Any ideas?

    It's important to know if you have a singel license or a network license. Different ways to activate these.

    You have not supplied any information here about what problem you are having with activation.

    Be specific.
    Include screen shots if appropriate.

    Exactly what step are you getting stuck on?

     

    You say it is downloaded -- but you never state if you extracted and installed the program.

    Is it installed and running normally in 30-day trial mode?

    Is this a student license?

    More information is needed.

    I have the program downloaded and running with the 30 day trial. The problem is when i open the program, Autocad 2011, i have the option of try or activate. I click activate and get a blank screen that pops up with what looks like two check boxes but there is no writing. This is where the problem is, i am trying to run it as a student also if that is helpful.
